Hello, we are evaluating using DataTables/Editor for a new Wordpress project. We need to build an Evernote-type capability, with ideally the screen split into two frames, where scrolling of table posts would be in the left pane, and clicking any line item would bring up the Edit Form capability in the right pane. Would appreciate any of your guidance here. Have a few concerns:
Can the popup Edit Form be modified/styled? E.g we want a title and body post, with a large customized TinyMCE editor in the body field, and an attach documents/images link below that.
Instead of (1) selecting a line, (2) pressing edit button, is it possible to just have (1) selecting a line = pressing the edit button? Can we then hide the buttons?
Instead of editing in a popup window, is it possible to populate a form on another page, e.g. the right pane?
Is it possible to have an auto save capability, in case the user takes a while editing an entry?
