Datatables NPM package missing details_open.png and details_close.png

Hi,

I recently downloaded the datatables.net package via NPM from here: https://www.npmjs.com/package/datatables.net

And I noticed that 2 images were missing: details_open.png and details_close.png

Please can you add them to the repository?

That's actually intentional as they aren't required as part of the core library. Its only the open / close example that uses them, and even that it uses them in the user space code, rather than in the library.
