Bug with scrolling and bootstrap 4

When I add vertical scrooling to a table with the "table-sm" class of bootstrap 4, a bug occurs, where the sort icons are duplicated in the first row of the table body.

This is a bug in the current release I'm afraid. If you use the nightly version it is resolved: https://jsfiddle.net/5bp6bq99/24/ .

Ok I'll wait for the next release and if possible you could create a official package in nuget.
