Styling missing for bootstrap Buttons Extension / ColVis Popup

I'm using the Buttons extension, and added all of the associated bootstrap override files but i'm not seeing the bootstrap styles showing up for the button classes and the ColVis popup is also missing it's style - although I can still see the links. The rest of extensions seem to style things properly. Any clues? Thanks!

I used the download builder for datatables and it included this into my datatables.js file (plus of course a lot of code dealing with the bootstrap integration ...):

If you follow the link in the comment you'll find more details. Apart from this I have Bootstrap included on my webpage anyway which means I don't need to download anything else from data tables regarding Bootstrap. It all works fine including the Buttons extension. Just follow the instructions in the download builder.
