How can I set the background color for the whole row in my exported excel?

I have found methods to apply a modification to the whole column but cannot find how to apply the modifications for a particular row. I want to apply background color to my header row in the excel I am exporting, i.e. Row number 2 in the exported excel.

this is the closest i have got to selecting a row but this selects the title row, how can i access the second row?
