1 click select multiple

Hi, How can i make the datatables editor select multiple columns with 1 click on every row?? Without Press CTRL key, this is for mobile purposes.

Can you describe what the ideal would be? I'm trying to picture how "1 click on every row" could select multiple columns (other than a click/long-press and a drag)? Is there something in Excel, for example, which behaves in they way you want?

If you want to be able to select multiple rows with a single click on each, this example here may be what you're after.
