White space between columns

Hello,

I have a table with two columns:

With the colvis button some columns have been toggled off.

This only occurs when i use: style="width: 100%" on the table tag.
I however want the table to be width: 100% but without the white between the columns.

A other problem which might be caused by the same thing is the following:

Here we can see that the divider between two rows has a tiny piece invisible. This unfortunately does not go away by not using style="width: 100%".

Would you be able to post to a live example for this one, as it would help to understand the problem.

Tried to recreate but was unable to. Maybe something in the theme we use
