Disable sorting for the header texts

Is it possible to disable the sorting when I click on the header's text? I still want to be able to sort when I click on the sort buttons from header, but only when I click on that buttons. So, on the example from https://datatables.net/examples/basic_init/zero_configuration.html, when I click on the word "Name, I don't want to sort the column, but I want to sort it when I click on the arrows from the header cell. How can I do this?

No, that's not possible I'm afraid. It was raised on a different thread recently too, with the same conclusion.
