Header Scrolling Issue

The headers don't disappear when scrolling pass a fixed column. Can anyone help please?

Thanks for the Test Case. Found two issues:

1. datatables.js was being loaded twice, removed the nightly version
2. fixedColumns.css was not being loaded - added the nightly version to the test case

The test case works now. You probably will want to load the fixedHeader CSS version 3.2.6 instead of the nightly version I loaded.
