checkbox to filter out date entries

I have a row for expired dates, identifying a record was expired.
I am using yadcf filters.
I was wondering if there was a way to
1. by default exclude rows with a expired date
2. have a checkbox in the col filter to toggle Exlude/Show based on if a date is present or not
