    Datatables doesn't support using rowspan or colspan in the tbody of the table. The RowGroup extension can be used to group the data, by "Site" in your example, for display on the web page. But the Datatable's export tools doesn't support exporting (CSV, EXcel, PDF) the grouped data at this time.
