Not supported database type - datatable editor

Hi!

I'm trying to figure out if there's a quick solution to take advantage of the power of the editor with Vertica, which is the database we are using inside my company.

Judging by the db-type supported it seems not but maybe there's a solution which I still don't know.

The back-end just calls scripts - such as PHP if you're using that technology - whatever is in those scripts is up to you. I don't know anything about Vetica, but provided you can script SQL to get the data that DataTables expects, then you should be fine.
