French.json 2019 file

Hello,

I am French, I would like to use CDN file Json at this address
https://datatables.net/plug-ins/i18n/French

if we click on the icon it displays the file in the browser
but an error appears
SyntaxError: JSON.parse: expected property name or '}' at line 26 column 12 of the JSON data
https://cdn.datatables.net/plug-ins/1.10.19/i18n/French.json

therefore, this address can not be used in the DataTables code.

Hi @macmicro ,

I'm seeing something odd there too. I've logged it (DD-830) and I'll report back here when there's an update. In the meantime, please use the link for "1.10.16", that works as expected.

Just been told it's been fixed already, see here. It will be in the next release, or you could just grab that one for the time being.

Thank you for your answer indeed I use 1.10.16
But in my previous post I tested the code online on Jsonlint

And I corrected this code which is now valid.
Until the next version, I will use the CDN 1.10.16
