habilitar o desabilitar botones

buenas noches programadores tengo el siguiente problema y duda tengo una tabla con de datatables y sus respectivos botones
lo que necesito hacer es tengo un <input type="hidden" value="0">
y lo que quiero que el botón de la datatable se desactive cuando sea cero y se active cuando sea 1
