Customised export to Excel

I am using rowgroup data table for the employee attendance. I have the following column on the report
Date,Name,Position,Office,Clocked in,Clocked Out,N. Attendance,Day off,Sick etc...
I have grouped column 3,2 ie, Office,Position. But when I export to excel, there is no need for any grouping just want export
all column heading and its values.

But export PDF should export with the report as it is includes with grouping , the same way as we see on the report

Is it possible to customize the export, Please can you advise me
