CSV exports second level data?

I am trying to develop a screen which shows all the clubs of a particular area and when you expand it it will give each club member's data. All these data are in a single table. When I configured the TableTool to use CSV export functionality, it is only exporting the Clubs' data, not Clubs+Members' data.
Please let me know whether it is possible or not; if possible then how.
