Export buttons not showing

I am trying to run an example for another question but somehow I am stuck with the issue with my export buttons for now. As the export buttons are not showing and I dont see a reason why is that so. As I have already added all the needed references to it.

The problem is that you are loading the buttons JS and CSS twice. Also you left the original JS and CSS includes from the live example. I commented out both and now they appear.
