Editing DataTables data to save in database

Hi,

Just a simple question and I know there is a paid feature to achieve this result, although I'm wondering if DataTables alone has the function to edit inline and save to a database?

It doesn't have to be inline, although that'd be perfect (as our table has dropdowns, checkboxes and text boxes etc)

Yep, as you say Editor does this as a paid feature. You could redesign the wheel and do it yourself with Ajax calls and the like, but most people find the cost of the license would be considerably less than the time it would take to implement.
