I have a problem when datatable after clicking the order, how the data is displayed again as before

Not sure I understand. Are you saying that when you try sorting the table the order doesn't change?
Are you using server side processing? If so sorting is expected to be performed by the server script.

I want to restore default sort according to the server script
order[0][column] = 6
order[0][dir] = desc
the point is I want to remove the parameter
