Issue with jquery-*.js

Hi,

In my project We have OpenRadWindow functionality on button click and we are using filtering functionality.
When ever I add reference to jquery-*.js file my OpenRadWindow functionality stop working.
And if I remove reference then my Datatable filtering functionality of individual column stop working.

Please let me know workaround so that my OpenRadWindow and filtering of individual column both works.
