I need to customize the print button to somehow print a message on every page, top and bottom. The problem is the "messageTop" and "messageBottom" option only put a message at the top of the first page and bottom of the last page. Any idea how I would make a message appear at the top and bottom of every single page on the printout? Thanks for assistance.

Is there a way for me to put the message into a table header row and footer row and show those rows on print? I also have a header row with column filters, I wouldn't want that shown during print. Can I do that? The filter row is not currently showing on print and I'd like to keep it like that.
