Looks like you are looking at an Editor example. Not sure I understand the question about what you have circled. Please post more info about what you are trying to do and what your specific questions are. The docs for installing and setting up Editor can be found here:

If you are asking about file names, the pieces of code provided in DT examples can be used in any way you like. You can use them individually or combined in any way that suits your preferences, with file names of your own choice.
what i mean is, if i copy this codes and save it, what will be the name of the file.. thanks
those buttons i encircled, there's a code, do i need to combine those codes in one page and save it as index.php or not?
