How can I copy to clipboard with CSS or export to Excel with CSS still working

Currently you can't I'm afraid. The export is purely raw data - no formatting.
If export with formatting is something you need, that would need to be added to the code, which is not something we have yet attempted (in part because it would be slow to read the CSS for each cell's content).
