Hello!
I want to show some custom modal dialogs in my web application with the same design as Editor's built-in dialogs.
Is it possible to use Editor's "DTED_Lightbox"?

Not really I'm afraid. It is sort of possible - http://live.datatables.net/noqawowa/1/edit . But it depends upon an Editor instance (even an empty one) as it uses functions it has internally. Also you'll see from my little example above there is certain HTML that is needs to get the styling correct for the display.
