Missing data for a column

Hello!
I have a database where I'm storing and loading survey results. I've results for few surveys and only one doesn't show any data in the Date column. I'm sending back to the client JSON arrays with data that is extracted the same way, but only one survey result is ignoring the Date. I've compared the data and there is nothing is missing. Attaching examples of the data model I'm sending.
