How add input text in every attachment

Hi how to add input text in every attachment in upload many, Please see sample below. Thank you!

1 attachment: 1 input text

Example if you have 3 attachment, one of them has input text.

There is no option to do that in Editor I’m afraid. It would require either a custom field type plug-in (which I think would be a lot of work in this case), or to use a parent / child editor to split it up into two parts: https://datatables.net/blog/2019-01-11 .
