Facing problem while downloading 7000 PDF records

I have 7000 records in datatable, I have options to download the records in both CSV and PDF format.

I am able to download the CSV report but now able to download the report in PDF format, ahave already performed IE settngs.

Getting below error on IE browser after some time of clicking PDF button.

IE isn't very good at that kind of thing, I'm afraid. It you want to post a test case, we can take a look, but it's unlikely that there's anything we can do,
