bootstrap toggle with datatable

Hi , I have a table with a column with a "switch" (on/off) . I'm using this : http://www.bootstraptoggle.com/

I want to open a modal when I clic on this switch, but I can't find how to do that, I'm using angular Js , but it seems it does not recognize angularjs function... .

This isn't related to Data Tables or Editor, is it? I would google this or use Stack Overflow.
