Multi-line column headings when using Print button

On a screen, I'll have a column with a heading such as:
<th>The heading for<br/> this column is<br/> very, very long</th>
Works great to the screen, but using the print button, I get:
The heading for this column is very, very long
Is there a way to get the heading on the printout like it displays on the screen?
