A way to grab the blob generated by csv export process to use elsewhere?

Can you add the blob of content generated by CSV export button to a variable so it can be used elsewhere, or trigger another process during the download process?

If you look at this example here, the sheet variable is the XML for the document. You could save/clone that and use it elsewhere,
