Info on table data from client csv file

CSV file needs to load and store to clients local computer for security reasons. I know that I will need to purchase a license for the editing capability but before doing that I need to know how to handle loading and saving the data locally so it is totally secure. The web page will be only for the table. Where would I find documentation or examples for doing that?

Here is an example of exporting CSV files to the local file system.

You can download the Editor and use it on a trial basis for 15 days or so. I don't remember the exact trial length. See the Download instructions.
