CascadePanes enable/disable option

Description of problem: The searchPanes.cascadePanes option is certainly of great use (and amazing as well), yet sometimes it slows down some simple filter operations when a large set of data is processed.
Thus I'm wondering if a method exists to toggle enable/disable cascadePanes option, maybe with a button or the like.

No, I'm afraid, it's an initialisation option so can only be set when the table is first created.
