Description of problem:
The AutoFill extension doesn't work in combination with an editor when using IE11.
After choosing an action, e.g. Fill all cells, the confirm dialog closes but the data is not updated.
Works fine in Chrome or without an editor.

Yep, that would be the same issue as they're dependent on each other. I've attached this thread to that case (DD-1776 for my reference), and we'll report back here when there's an update.
