Clearing previously selected filters from searchpane randomly

I had added searchpanes in my my project like shown in image below:

Now when I start selecting filters, let say I choose first three filters from 1st column:

After that when I try to choose any other filter from any column and I select more than one row, it automatically erase all selected rows of first column.

Works for case when only one is selected:

Removed after selected more than one:

And surprise is if I randomly select (That means if I select alternatively, 1 by 1 rows from both columns it works)
