Why does the Search Builder Button Randomly work in this simple example ?

I have a more complex version I was implementing and the button was failing so I assumed since the examples on the documentation site work I was doing something wrong. But I put together this simple jsfiddle and it still fails more often than not. Occasionally the button opens the SearchBuilder dialog window, typically the first time only. More often it just fails on every attempt to open the dialog.
Is there a bug or am I doing something wrong here ?

Oddly the sample on the datatables site is failing now also.
It was working fine yesterday.
Looks like it is a bug. Can't seem to find a way to report bugs. Can only customers paying for support report bugs?

You don't need to do anything special to report bugs. @sandy or @allan will take a look and get back to you.
