How to change Clear search icon colour

Just a quick one, is there a way to change the default colour of the clear search icon that appears in the search box as a search term is typed in? At the moment it appears as a blue X. If possible, I would like to change the colour using css but have not found the correct selector.

That's more of a standard HTML issue, rather that DataTables. This SO thread may help,

Thanks Colin that sorted it, I have been searching for hours tried all sorts :MS Clear etc. This worked first time should have known better and come here first. Thanks again.
