How can I change the color of the Info texts as highlighted in the image below :

Your best option is to right click on the element and select "Inspect". It will show you the element, including class name information so you can target it like:

We aren't messing around. If the steps Colin provided aren't working for you then we need to understand why. Showing us what you did is the best way. Here is Colin's example updated with the page length, search, pagination and header highlighted.
