Black boxes over buttons

Since I recently updated to Flash Player 11 in IE9 (still looks good in Chrome and FF), the save buttons are covered with black rectangles. Functionality is unaffected; it's just that the SWFs render as black. If I set the wmode to any other mode but "transparent" (for example, "window"), the black disappears, but of course I can't see the button, either. I thought it might just be my implementation, but it's showing up like this for me in the examples on this site, as well.
Any ideas?

We too face the same issue with IE 9 after upgrading the Flash Player to 11. Any solutions?

I had the same problem. It was fixed when I upgraded from flash player 11.0 to 11.1. http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/191/tn_19166.html

This bug also exists in google-chrome @ linux with flash 11.2.31.144
