Visual Studio Formatting (ctrl K + ctrl D) creates alignment problem in datatables IE9

I have a complex table created in Visual studio 2010. when I format the source code using ctrl K + ctrl D, it causes some cells to be aligned outside of the table in IE 9 when running.

to be more specific, if there is an automatic indentaton in the code between an end td tag and the next td opening tag, it causes the problem.
