No data cells assigned to table header

On creating table, 2 different tables are created, 1 only contains headers, while the other has the 'tbody' element. Due to this, when a website checker is run, it gives an error that the 'No data cells assigned to table header'.
Any idea on how to fix this?

This doesn't sound like a Datatables specific error. Stack Overflow is a more appropriate forum for general HTML questions. Although it sounds like you will need to look at the code generating the table to determine why its generating malformed HTML.
