Uncaught TypeError: $.fn.dataTable.Editor is not a constructor

Hi!

I tried to add datatable with editor in wordpress using code from simple.html example.

datatable works fine, but as soon, as I try to add javascript for editor, I get:

Uncaught TypeError: $.fn.dataTable.Editor is not a constructor

We downloaded Trial version to evaluate the editor.
If we get it up and running in our wordpress installation, we need to purchase a license.

I appreciate that, but I'm not seeing a trial from someone with your domain - either the website you posted or your email domain. Please could you let us know which user initiated the trial so we can update our records.

Probably the easiest way would be to follow the steps in this blog post, or to confirm you have done similar steps when you installed it. Please let us know if that doesn't get you unblocked,
