Possible to disable update/rename/remove options from predefined states?

I have some predefined states in my application provided via ajax. Is there an option to disable the update/rename/remove options from those predefined states while keeping them available for states an end user would create for themselves? Basically, I don't want to confuse end users by making them think they can remove, for example, the predefined states when they would appear again on page load/reload.

Thank you for any guidance. I'm really enjoying exploring the possibilities of stateRestore for our application.

No, there's no option for that, I'm afraid. The intention was that somebody may want to rename a predefined state, kind of like a copy. I can see the argument for locking them, but that's not currently possible,
