Rowgroup - Two different sheet generation in Excel for one RowGroup

This is the first question posting in to the forum. I have a problem and I gone through most of the forum questions and couldn't find the exact answer.
Problem 1
I need a Rowgroup level headers which should be exported in Header also.
Currently, It's exporting same header in two sheets
Problem 2
I need to create two sheets from one row group
Example, I have one sheet naming "Rule to Policy", Using this table I suppose to create another sheet (a kind of pivot table) which has different data from the "Rule to Policy"
Problem 3
Can add cell color once I export

For problem 1 and 2, this thread should help, it's asking the same thing - short answer, headings are ignored and are not exportable. That said, this example from this thread does give a workaround.

For problem 3, this example from this thread should get you going,

I already gone through the example, and I tried download Excel also, I don't think it's creating two sheets for the same group.

My expectation is, For the one Group I would like to export two sheets.

From the above example, it's split but its exporting in to a same sheet.

I'm also trying to figure out some way

For Problem 3, I haven't tried out the example, Let me try out.
