When I click the URL I don't see a Datatable nor see the error. What do we need to do to cause the error to happen?

    You should hard reload @kthorngren

system has varnish cache server. After a hard reload, the error goes away after waiting for a while. Then when I hard reload again, I get an error.

    No error for me:

Not a cache issue here, as I've never loaded that page before.

I followed your steps and still don't see the errors. Your screenshot is showing a different page than what I see when opening the URL you posted. Do we need to navigate to another page to see the error?

It gives errors on all pages. @kthorngren

Yup - still no errors here with an empty cache.

That suggests to me you might be behind some kind of proxy which is blocking certain content.
