Parent / Child Editing in child rows

This example here is very close, and is in the standard download package for Editor. Would that do the trick?

Thanks for the response. However, what I need is that the child table will be using a different MySQL query that is dependent on one of the fields from the parent table.

Hi,

I'm not actually 100% clear on what you are looking for here I'm afraid. Do you mean you have three levels of editing - parent, child, grandchild? We don't have an example of that I'm afraid, our database doesn't have suitable data in it for that, but using the parent / child technique in that blog post and just applying it again to the first level of nesting should work just fine.
