Null DateTime having custom value on edit

I am facing problem with the null datetime on row edit.
I have a check-in check-out fields as datetime def:null

editor
...
{label: 'Check-In', name: 'checkin', type: 'datetime', def:null},
{label: 'Check-Out', name: 'checkout', type: 'datetime', def:null},
...

table
...
{ data: 'checkin' },
{ data: 'checkout' },
...

Table shows null datetime field as 0000-00-00
But when I open an edit window, datetime fields being showed as 1899-11-30 as default.
If I don't clear the related fields, it is being processed as it has shown.

I am using Editor 2.2
I saw this problem on forum for earlier versions but that should be fixed so far.
How can I handle this situation.
