Tendran algun ejemplo que me puedan compartir para generar un documento, como diploma, certificado, desde un registro de una datatable y generar el pdf.

We don't have an example of generating a certificate, but the PDF export functionality of DataTables (see example here) uses PDFmake. It would be worth looking at their documentation and seeing if they have basic examples.
