Hi I am trying to use fixHeader in datatable but it does not work. Maybe it is on the version of js files. I am using jQuery version 3.4.1.

It's working in the example here, so it's likely to be your setup. If you look at that example, ensure you have the necessary files listed on the Javascript and CSS tabs beneath the table.
