I just simply copy the codes to this site https://datatables.net/examples/styling/bootstrap5.html
from css, javascript and HTML nothing modified but not working.
PLEASE HELP.

Check your browser console for errors - that'll be the place the start. Either the includes are in the wrong order or one or more are missing.
