Is it possible to create a Button that would enable/disable Responsive view? Looking at responsive extension API (https://datatables.net/reference/api/?extn=responsive) I don't see any enable/disable calles. Am I missing somethign?

You aren't missing something - I'm afraid enable / disable isn't a feature of Responsive at the moment. I can add it to the "todo" list though!
